Journeymen Classes
CONFINED SPACE TRAINING

The A & J Training Cente is offering Confined Space Training with the assistance of Center to Protect Workers Rights.

This training will be at the Compton Training Center Saturday, July 31 & August 1, 2010 from 7am to 4pm.

Please go to the A&J website (link below) to register, there is a Journeyman Course request form, or give the Training Center a call at 323.636.9871.

If you are intrested in signing up for the Contractor's Class give Doug Wilson a call at the Hall.

TWIC Card Information

Follow the link below for instructions on how to get your Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC Card) which will be required for certain security job clearances.

The card will cost you about $136, but the local will give you $125 dues credit when you bring your card into the hall, so that we can input it into your membership file.

If you are interested in signing up for journeyman classes at the Training Center follow the link below. This will take you to the A & J where you can go into Journeyman Training, there you will find a listing of the classed offered. Fill out the application and submit it to the training center, once they have enough enrolled you will be notified by them.
