Appointment Requirements
PLEASE READ IMPORTANT: Please arrive to Local 78 at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment with the following ORIGINAL documents: - Driver's License - Social Security Card -High School Diploma, G.E.D. or Sealed High School Transcripts *NO EXCEPTIONS* If you are late to your appointment or you do not have original documents, you will be asked to reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
All booked appointments are final. In order to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact Local 78 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. I understand I will not be permitted to complete an application without the required ORIGINAL documents: - Driver's License - Social Security Card -High School Diploma, G.E.D. or Sealed High School Transcripts *NO EXCEPTIONS*
